M198

The M198 is a towed 155mm artillery system developed by the American company Rock Island and is only in service with the US Marine Corps which has about 541 systems. The system is in service since 1982. The M198 is air transportable by a airplanes or a CH-47 Chinook. A M198 can be used within 6 minutes by 9 enlisted.
