S-2 Tracker

The S-2 Tracker (before S2F) was a twin-engine Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) airplane and developed by the American company Grumman. The S-2 can be equipped with 20 Marine Markers, 1 torpedo and 6 rockets. The S-2 was in service with the US Navy from october 1954 till august 1976. It was also in service with other nations like the Royal Dutch Navy which flew the Tracker from march 1960 till 1977. The Dutch Trackers were used from the Dutch carrier Hr. Ms. Karel Doorman.
