SKY-X
The SKY-X is a unmanned aerial demonstration vehicle to demonstrate and developing of new technology of combined unmanned combat Aerial vehicle (UCAV) and a unmanned combat Aerial reconnaissance vehicle (UCAR), developed by the Italian company Alenia Aeronautica. Knowledge of the SKY-X is also used for the European UCAV project Neuron. The SKY-X made his first flight in may 2005. The aircraft has a length of 7 meter, a wingspan of 6 meter, a external weapon load of 200kg and a maximum take-off weight of 1100 kg. |
